November 19, 2020
In light of the Medina County Health Department Advisory:
We have decided that at this time and based on all available information we will be cancelling the in-person portion of our weekly Worship Services effective Sunday November 22nd. We have also cancelled all other indoor activities, Sunday Bible Hour, Confirmation, Boy Scouts and the in-person Thanksgiving Eve Service.
As we continue to endure this season together, a few reminders:
1. In this season, God has called us to focus on ministry and mission.
God has made us what we are. In Christ Jesus, God mad us to do good works, which God planned in advance for us to live our lives doing. Ephesians 2:10
2. God has been blessing us.
The church enjoyed the favor of all the people (unbelievers) so the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. Acts 2:47
3. Everything we do at Prince of Peace is done out of love and faith.
The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love. Galatians 5:6
We have been blessed with technology and will continue to LiveStream via YouTube at 8:30am, hold CarChurch at 10am, and will offer via LiveStream the Thanksgiving Eve Service at 6:30pm on November 25.
It is important that you remember that we are NOT doing this out of fear; instead, we are doing this out of LOVE. We are patiently trusting God. And while we are patiently trusting God and waiting to return together in the fellowship we all want, God continues to use this church in mighty ways to reach more people for Christ. Continue to be patient, but don’t miss out on seeing God at work!
